Territory Sales Manager

Weiler is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow sales within an assigned market, promote the Weiler product line, and build strong relationships with dealers and customers. This role is a great fit for a driven sales professional who enjoys field-based relationship building, product demonstrations, training, and strategic market development. Based in Knoxville, Iowa, Weiler designs, engineers, and manufactures equipment for the asphalt paving market. Our team builds advanced, high-quality products used by paving contractors across North America and around the world. What You’ll Do Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base within an assigned territory. Conduct product demonstrations, dealer training, and customer presentations. Identify sales leads, prospect new business, and support market penetration plans. Partner with dealers on proposals, presentations, account follow-up, and customer satisfaction. Share timely product and market feedback with senior management. Manage expenses, pricing guidelines, reporting, scheduling, and travel planning. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field; or 3–4 years of field sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to individuals and groups. Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, stay organized, and manage multiple responsibilities. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are preferred but not required.
