Assist with coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication；4、Work as a key partner in local production validation testing to ensure new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards before rollout；5、Work as a global team members, manage local resources to support IT global strategy；Requirements:1、Demonstrated experience with IT system technology and service managements;2、Proven project management skill with time management and prioritization abilities;3、Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills;4、General knowledge of network and IT infrastructure, general knowledge of system development and product designing;5、Ability to work variable hours including weekends and holidays；6、Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
