And we're looking for a SEO Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content.
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, meta-tag optimization, and content enhancement.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content for SEO.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in SEO strategy.
• Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve SEO results.
• Monitor technical SEO issues and recommend fixes to ensure optimal website performance.
• Assist in planning and implementing content strategies tailored to the brand's audience.
• Work closely with marketing and development teams to achieve SEO objectives.
• Conduct ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO):

• Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 50,000

₱50,000 - ₱54,000 bimonthly
