SEO Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an SEO professional to take ownership of organic growth for a fast-evolving digital project targeting international markets. You will work on building scalable SEO strategies from the ground up, combining technical SEO, content optimization, and strategic link building. You will collaborate closely with content, outreach, and development teams to improve site visibility and performance. Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end organic search performance, improving rankings, and increasing qualified traffic through technical, content, and off-page SEO strategies. You will work on structured growth initiatives for large websites, ensuring scalability and search engine compliance.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization
• Conduct keyword research, semantic core development, cluster analysis, competitor audits, and link audits
• Improve website architecture, crawlability, indexability, and overall technical SEO health
• Manage link-building operations including outreach coordination, link quality validation, and indexing verification
• Collaborate with copywriters to optimize service pages and close content gaps identified through competitor analysis
• Build SEO dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking systems using industry tools
• Monitor SEO performance metrics and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support website administration tasks including WordPress content uploads and basic hosting-related troubleshooting

Requirements:

You should bring strong hands-on SEO experience, ideally working with medium to large-scale websites, along with a proven ability to improve organic performance in competitive markets. You must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple SEO workstreams simultaneously.

• 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in agency or in-house ecommerce/SaaS environments
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including site audits, crawl optimization, and performance improvements
• Proven experience in link-building strategy, outreach management, and backlink quality evaluation
• Solid understanding of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog
• Experience building SEO dashboards, reporting systems, and performance tracking frameworks
• Ability to work with WordPress and manage content uploads
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and translate it into action
• Good English communication skills (B2-C1 level)
• Familiarity with competitor analysis, semantic SEO, and content clustering strategies
• Ability to work in a remote setup with strong self-management and accountability
• Reliable technical setup including stable internet, backup power, and sufficient hardware for full-time remote work
