Highlights Location: Newton, MA Facility: Newton-Wellesley Hospital Department/Unit: Pediatrics Schedule: Part-Time, Night shift (16 hours/week) Pay: $41.38 - $100.00/Hourly What You'll Do Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned pediatric patients. Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care. Participate in performance improvement activities to assure quality of nursing practice. Requirements Education: Nursing diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience: 2 years of pediatric experience required. Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required. NRP required within the first year of employment when cross-trained for mother/baby.
