What You'll Do
- Conduct evaluations
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services
- Track progress toward therapy goals
- Complete clinical documentation
- Educate caregivers
- Collaborate with families and healthcare providers
- Participate in treatment planning
- Optional opportunity to supervise COTAs
What We Provide
- $64–$92 per visit/hour (depending on location, experience, and employment type)

Full-Time Benefits

Requirements
Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (OT, OTR/L, OTD, or MSOT), CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong interpersonal skills.
