If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting Compensation: • The pay for this position is $32.00 per hour - biweekly • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment Highlights: • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm • This position is fully onsite in Franklin Lakes, NJ Responsibilities: • Oversee execution service level compliance and coordinate resource allocation to increase touchless end-to-end order flow and timely shipment movement • Lead communication between regional business teams and supply planning teams to resolve order issues and provide order visibility • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and provide operational support during team meetings • Liaise with cross-functional teams regarding shipping dates, delays, product availability, and regulatory issues • Serve as the main point of contact for QTC order management processes from order receipt through invoicing • Utilize Excel to monitor, analyze, and report order activity while identifying root causes of order errors • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve fulfillment outcomes and customer experience • Provide timely status updates to leadership and escalate issues proactively when deadlines may not be met • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify operational efficiency opportunities Requirements: • Experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, customer operations, or related field preferred • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and organizational skills Education: • Required: High School Diploma • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting. .aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
