Dahlia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Baylor Weekend Program on the day shift .

Responsibilities

As an RN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care based on residents’ individual needs and care plans

• Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and progress

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

• Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other members of the nursing team

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Follow all applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies

• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Current and active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Dependable and committed to providing high-quality resident care

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the nursing team

Schedule

Every Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Baylor Compensation

Work 24 hours per weekend and receive compensation equivalent to 32 hours when the full weekend schedule is completed.
