Position Summary:The Talent & Community Engagement Recruiter is a market-embedded, results-driven role responsible for aggressively rebuilding and sustaining Floyd's talent pipeline across the Denver market. This position exists for one reason: to get high-performing Barbers and Stylists behind our chairs.This is a front-line talent operator position that blends proactive recruiting, competitive market intelligence, grassroots brand building, and communication of the benefits of working at Floyd's 99 Barbershops. Success requires daily, visible presence in the Barber & Stylist community: online, in schools, and at events.This role is a direct operational lever for attracting Barbers & Stylists who bring, or rapidly build, a book of business. The Talent & Community Engagement Recruiter owns their market with urgency, grit, and accountability.Core Objectives: Increase Floyd's visibility and credibility in the Barber & Stylist communityPromote the benefits of working at Floyd's 99 BarbershopsFill open positions fast with high-value, revenue-driving talentBuild a sustainable, dominant talent pipeline in the market through strong community relationshipsKey Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & RecruitingCommunity Engagement & Local Market PresenceEmployer Brand & Recruiting MarketingRetention-Aligned RecruitingAnalytics, Reporting & Market IntelligenceSuccess Metrics:This role is evaluated on outcomes, not activity, including:Increased employer brand visibility and credibility in the Denver marketStrength, depth, and consistency of the local Barber & Stylist talent pipelineReduction in open seats and time-to-fillQuality of hires through Barber & Stylist productivityQualifications:5+ years recruiting or high-performance sourcing experienceProven ability to recruit skilled, commission-driven professionalsStrong social outreach and relationship-building skillsAbility to operate independently in a high-accountability roleCompensation:Base Salary: $55,000On Target Earnings $110,000 +Hire On Bonus: $250 per licensed Barber or Stylist (Must be retained for 90 days)Quarterly Bonus: Results-based with uncapped potential (Target $55,000+)Benefits: Eligible for paid time off and benefits according to the company's programs
