Warehouse Manager

Location: Travelers Rest, SC
Pay: $18.00+ (based on experience)

Our staffing company is recruiting a Warehouse Manager for a growing crawlspace encapsulation and waterproofing company in Travelers Rest . This hands-on role includes warehouse management, inventory control, customer service, and occasional local deliveries.

This position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys taking ownership of their work. We're looking for a team player with strong communication skills who can work independently with minimal supervision, provide excellent customer service, and help support the continued growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations in a safe and organized manner.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory of crawlspace encapsulation, drainage, and waterproofing supplies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or local delivery.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist contractors and customers with order pickups and provide excellent customer service.
• Make occasional local deliveries using company vehicles, including a pickup truck, cargo van, box truck, or flatbed truck.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player who takes pride in their work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
