About the job

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR administration experience, excellent attention to detail, and a consistent track record of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, I-9 verification, and orientation scheduling
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files
• Enter and update employee information in the HRIS
• Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Assist with recruiting tasks such as posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and vendor communication
• Assist with payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee data
• Help prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation
• Follow established HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
• Work collaboratively with managers, employees, and outside vendors

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant HR experience
• Experience with ADP, Paycom, UKG, Workday, or a similar HRIS
• Strong understanding of onboarding and HR administration processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard business software
• Stable employment history and demonstrated job tenure

Preferred:

• Experience in a high-volume onboarding or recruiting environment
• Payroll or benefits administration experience
• Working knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an HR certification
