Recruitment activities may include advertising, interviewing, selecting candidates, negotiating employment offers, and relocation.This role in summaryWe are hiring an experienced Recruiter to support professional-level roles in the organization. In this role, you will work closely with our Hiring Leaders to understand their talent requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and execute the recruiting initiatives required to fill open roles across multiple business functions. You will be a key voice in the screening, interviewing, and selection processes as you provide your expertise and advice to our leaders. You will provide critical input on all facets of the TA process, including marketplace data, job offer structure and negotiation, and closing candidates. You will also serve as the TA subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and other process stakeholders.Minimum requirements3 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience supporting professional-level roles across multiple business functions1 or more years of solid sourcing experience (sourcing certifications are a plus)Expertise in using modern recruitment tools including CRM and ATS systemsExperience in partnering with and advising hiring managers through the TA project lifecycleAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed organizationBachelor’s degree Preferred skills and experiencesExperience recruiting for role in large organizationsWhat we offerGenerous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
