A comprehensive relocation package is available for eligible candidates.Your responsibilities will includeForecasting and PlanningProvide near and long-range forecasting to enhance strategic decision making (strategy planning, annual budgeting, and monthly outlook). Review financial results and run comparative analysis to ensure reasonability and consistency with overall financial objectivesManage and drive process efficiencyDeliver continuous improvements across key recurring processes to drive simplification and process efficiencies while maintaining or improving data quality. Utilize knowledge of processes and systems to advise cross-functional teams on appropriate data sources for analysis.Drive Analytical Insights for Process partnersDeliver analytical insights and influence decision-making by influencing business and finance leaders Establish relationships with process partners that facilitate effective collaboration and drive positive changeMinimum requirementsBachelor's Degree3+ years of professional work experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, or Internal AuditPreferred skills and experiencesBachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting preferredStrong Verbal and written communication skillsProfessional presence and proven ability to influence othersAbility to communicate and interact with all levels of the organization as well as cross-functionallyAchievement oriented with the ability to work independentlyExcellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlinesSystem proficiency: SAP, BPC, BEX, Business Objects, AnaplanSystem proficiency: Google Tools, Excel, Word, and PowerpointWhat we offerGenerous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
