Required Skills:

• Valid and active Washington State medical license or IMLC license
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice
• Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, postpartum care, and gynecologic services
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities
• Ability to accurately document patient interactions and call back hours in electronic health records

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages
• Additional certifications in women's health or obstetrics and gynecology
• Past experience in hospital rounding and outpatient clinics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of OB-GYN practice experience
• Prior work in hospital-based settings or outpatient clinics preferred

Other Requirements:

• Commitment to maintaining a clean professional history and malpractice coverage
• Ability to provide documentation of patient contact hours and callback activities for audit purposes
• Willingness to participate in the on-call schedule (call Every 1:3) with support for remote call-in services—physicians are not required to be on-site during call support unless necessary
• Flexibility to work full-time in clinic, including Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, with scheduled call hours
• Travel and licensure-related reimbursements provided when applicable
