Go To Market Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Go To Market Engineer to join full-time with one of our security customers on a full-time basis. This person will: Design and build end-to-end outbound infrastructure (signal-based prospecting, enrichment pipelines, sequencing logic) to generate qualified pipeline at scale Architect and own CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) — lead routing, lifecycle stages, scoring models, attribution, and automation Build AI-powered workflows for research, personalization, and outreach using LLMs, Clay, Regie.ai, and APIs Create trigger-based pipeline automation (signal to outreach to meeting booked) with real-time alerts and follow-ups Instrument and optimize systems through data tracking, experimentation, and conversion analysis across the funnel This role can pay a base salary of 100-120k based on years of experience and skillset. Plusses (Strong Signals) Deep interest in AI — someone “geeky about AI” who actively builds with LLMs, agents, or automation frameworks Experience building agentic workflows or autonomous systems (multi-step AI processes across tools/data) Background in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise GTM environments Prior exposure to sales cycles (SDR, AE, RevOps, or close-to-revenue roles) Experience building signal-based prospecting systems or advanced outbound strategies Familiarity with data pipelines, enrichment providers, or warehouse integrations Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments where systems were built from zero Profile You’re Looking For (Internal Alignment) Builder > operator — writes code, designs systems, ships automation (NOT just tooling + dashboards) Thinks in systems, workflows, and compounding infrastructure — not one-off tasks Can own and explain architecture end-to-end (not resume buzzwords) Comfortable moving fast in ambiguity — high agency, ships quickly, iterates constantly Operates at the intersection of engineering, growth, and revenue Skills and Requirements 3–7+ years building revenue systems, growth infrastructure, or GTM engineering workflows (not purely RevOps/support) Proven track record of building outbound engines or CRM systems from scratch (not just maintaining existing ones) Hands‑on experience with: SQL + Python or JavaScript (writing scripts, querying data, building workflows) REST APIs + integrations across tools and data sources Salesforce and/or HubSpot architecture (lead routing, scoring, automation, attribution) Experience designing and executing enrichment + sequencing pipelines (prospecting signals, multi‑channel outbound, deliverability systems) Experience with modern growth tooling such as: Clay, Regie.ai, Zapier, Make (or similar no/low‑code + orchestration tools) Ability to build AI‑driven workflows in production (not experimentation): LLM‑powered research, personalization, scoring, or outreach systems Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end systems — can clearly explain: what was built how it worked what broke how it improved pipeline or conversion outcomes Deep interest in AI — someone “geeky about AI who actively builds with LLMs, agents, or automation frameworks Experience building agentic workflows or autonomous systems (multi‑step AI processes across tools/data) Background in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise GTM environments Prior exposure to sales cycles (SDR, AE, RevOps, or close-to-revenue roles) Experience building signal‑based prospecting systems or advanced outbound strategies Familiarity with data pipelines, enrichment providers, or warehouse integrations Experience working in early‑stage or high‑growth environments where systems were built from zero We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
