As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families, improving lives, and advancing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment.Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. We focus on helping children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care that supports developmental milestones.Your Role:Deliver personalized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy to children with developmental and neurological diagnosesDevelop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independenceUse play-based and child-led interventions to support engagement and progress Document care accurately in Raintree EMRPartner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover at homeCollaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and interdisciplinary team membersContribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
