Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in treating post-traumatic injuries, including, whiplash, concussions, disc injuries, and soft tissue dysfunction often resulting from car accidents, and slip and falls. You'll work closely with other providers to assist with and provide customized treatment plans that help patients restore function, mobility, and quality of life. We have multiple locations. Travel will be necessary. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans based on physician/chiropractor referrals and clinical assessments for patients with MVA-related injuries. Use a variety of therapeutic modalities (manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, etc.) to promote recovery. Document patient progress and update treatment plans in compliance with Florida Board of Physical Therapy standards and clinic protocols. Collaborate closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, and medical providers to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients on home exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention strategies. Qualifications Active Physical Therapy Assistant license from an accredited program and in good standing. Experience with motor vehicle accident, orthopedic, or neurological rehabilitation preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multi-disciplinary environment. Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to evidence-based care.
