What You’ll Do

Provide skilled physical therapy services under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist

Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies

Communicate patient progress and changes in condition with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team

Complete accurate and timely documentation while maintaining Medicare and agency standards

Qualifications

Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Home health experience preferred, but not required

Experience with WellSky or another home health EMR is a plus
