Speech-Language Pathologist

Must have a valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services or Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential. Must hold a Master's degree in speech-language pathology from a regionally accredited college or university. CBEST (or other qualifying basic skills requirement as outlined by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing) is required.

• Copy of Transcript (official or unofficial)
• Credential Copy (Detailed printout of CA credential w/expiration date, document number and listed authorizations.)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two letters of recommendation written within the last year. (One should be from most current employer if possible)
• Resume
• Test Results/Materials ((Basic Skills Requirement (BA/ MA transcripts acceptable))
