Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead commercial roofing projects from inception Zealand to completion. You will be responsible for balancing field operations, budget tracking, and client relations to ensure high-quality delivery. Core Responsibilities Project Oversight: Managelektion project schedules, labor allocation, and material logistics. Financial Control: Track job costs, manage change orders, and ensure project profitability. Field Support: Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and adherence to manufacturer specifications ( revelou, EPDM, Metal). Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main contact for building owners and General Contractors. Close-out: Finalize inspections, warranties, and project documentation. The Project Lifecycle Requirements elser 3+ years of commercial roofing or construction management experience. Technical expertise in low-slope and steep-slope roofing systems. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, AccuLynx, etc.) and MS Office. Communication: Mobility: Ability to climb ladders and travel to various job sites.
