Forklift/Warehouse Associate Requirements

• Previous forklift-operating experience
  
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  
• Previous warehouse, order-picking, or shipping experience preferred
  
• Ability to complete physically demanding warehouse and material-handling tasks
  
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  
• Ability to complete inventory counts and product-quality checks
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use
  

Key Responsibilities

• Pick agricultural products according to customer orders.
  
• Prepare and stage completed orders for shipment.
  
• Verify product numbers and quantities for accuracy.
  
• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
  
• Perform forklift duties approximately 20-30% of the shift.
  
• Complete general warehouse and material-handling tasks.
  
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
  
• Perform basic product-quality checks.
  
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns.
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  
• Follow all workplace-safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
