• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 8hr shift, 1 weekend/month
• Weekly productivity expectation: 30 units
• Home health setting
• Documentation required within 24 hours
• EMR: HCHB
• 2 - 3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Home health experience required
