Senior Tax Associate

Our client, a large, global financial services organization with an established international footprint, is looking to bring on a senior tax profile for their global tax team. The group tax function operates as a lean, connected team spanning the U.S. and international offices, working closely with senior finance leadership across the business. The Fort Worth office serves as a growing hub for the organization's U.S. operations. The Role: Step into a Senior Tax Associate position that sits at the center of the U.S. tax compliance function. The vast majority of compliance work is handled by a Big Four provider, so the role is really about steering the ship: reviewing technical positions, managing that advisor relationship, keeping projects and deadlines on track, and staying ahead of risk. You'll need to be fluent enough in the technical detail to challenge advisors, spot issues early, and know exactly when something needs to be escalated. Expect close, regular contact with senior finance stakeholders and a hand in integrating the local team into the wider global function.
