Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $34.00/hr Duration 11 Months Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with ABET Accreditation. Preferred: Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Work Experience: Required: None Preferred: Prior internship or co‑op experience in an engineering field. Specific Skills & Knowledge Required: Ability to read and interpret engineering plans (familiarity and ability to learn quickly). Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization. Preferred: CAD/GIS – basic proficiency, hydraulic analysis experience, project management.
