RN/LPN Private Duty Nurse

POSITION 1

• Location: Cape Girardeau, MO
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30a-5:30p (Nurse attends school with kiddo on Monday & Wednesday)
• Patient Specifics: 11 year old with a G-tube

POSITION 2

• Location: Dexter, MO
• Schedule: Full time or Part time nights, flexible time!
• Patient Specifics: Infant with a G-tube and trach.

POSITION 3

• Location: Frohna, MO
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday overnights 10p-8a
• Patient Specifics: 8 year old with G-tube, trach, and vent.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
