PURPOSE

To ensure top quality staffing services are provided to clients and candidates in designated branch while achieving new business goals and existent business goal. Contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing their duties accurately and in a timely manner.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet or exceed productivity and performance goals established by the executive team.
• Lead mentor and develop Service Coordinators as required.
• Meet or exceed safety standard goals established by the Risk Department.
• Promote new and existing business development through prospecting and account management.
• Maximize business potential through timely sourcing and fulfillment of all open orders.
• Ensure adherence of company policy in designated branch.
• Responsible for awareness of performance goals and revenue growth within the Business Development Team.
• Develop and maintain and end-to-end consumer touch point map and establish key indicators that will be routinely monitored to ensure delivery of our planned consumer experience and compliance with all service standards.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, RFPs, and marketing material according to client needs.
• Partners with EVP and Customer Service to improve client satisfaction.
• Collaborates with other operations and support personnel to design client specific strategies.
• Works in partnership with clients, branch personnel, and other key stakeholders to deliver the best possible service in the industry.
• Lead overall market operations and business growth
• Build customer relationships and develop new business
• Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team while managing operational and financial performance
• Contribute to the growth of market share and profit of the company.
• Take initiative, prioritize matters with an eye to the bigger picture.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· 5 years of successful client management, account management or customer service experience.

· Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.

· Must be an achiever who is competitive, yet team focused with a strategic service approach.

· Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Routine office environment and various customer location visits. May require extended daily work schedule, occasional weekends, and travel.
