Heavy Equipment Operator / Equipment TraineeFull-Time | Overtime Available

Looking to start or grow a career operating heavy equipment? We're hiring dependable individuals with experience in farming, construction, landscaping, general labor, or equipment operation who are eager to learn and work in a safety-focused environment.

Whether you've operated dozers and excavators professionally or spent time running tractors and farm equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

• Operate and/or learn to operate dozers, excavators, loaders, compactors, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
• Perform grading, excavation, earthmoving, and site development work.
• Read grade stakes and follow site plans.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
• Assist with site maintenance and general labor tasks as needed.
• Work with supervisors and crew members to meet project goals.

✅ Experience operating tractors, farm equipment, construction equipment, skid steers, loaders, or similar machinery.

✅ Construction, farming, landscaping, general labor, or outdoor work experience.

✅ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

✅ Valid driver's license.

✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime when needed.

• Monday-Friday, starting around 6:00-6:30 AM.
• Regular overtime available.
• Occasional Saturday work.
• Outdoor position working on active construction and landfill projects.

This is a Permanent position based out of Morrisonville, NY.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
