Customer Care Team We're searching for energetic, guest-obsessed Customer Care Team to join our beachfront team. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurantgreeting, engaging, and creating exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. Location: Hangout-MB restaurant Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Seasonal) Pay Rate: $20$25 per hour Shift: Primarily Evening/Night Shifts What You'll Do: Welcome and engage guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and a smile Act as a floor ambassadorhelping guests with seating, navigating wait times, and resolving issues quickly and professionally Support the host, server, and management teams to ensure smooth flow during peak hours Be proactive in anticipating guest needs and offering personalized service Keep high-energy vibes and a clean, guest-ready environment at all times Assist with line control, special requests, and large party coordination Promote the brand and overall experience in every interaction What We're Looking For: Passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences Excellent communication and people skills Ability to stay calm and upbeat under pressure Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude Reliable, flexible, and available to work night shifts and weekends Previous hospitality or guest service experience is a plus Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Join us for a fun, high-energy season at one of the busiest spots on the beach.
