Caregiver / Direct Care Worker; Flexible Schedule

Neighborly Home Care is hiring full- and part-time Caregivers and Direct Care Workers to provide in-home care to clients in Wilmington and surrounding areas. We're a client-driven company with a mission to lift up every community we serve, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support our Care Family in purpose-driven work. What you'll do:
- Help with activities of daily living - bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and help with feeding, if needed
- Handle light housekeeping - laundry, tidying, linens
- Follow each client's individualized care plan
- Let your supervisor know about any changes in a client's condition or behavior

What we're looking for:
- Caregiving experience preferred (see note above)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (we're unable to provide sponsorship)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical exam and satisfactory TB test on file
- Reliable transportation
Full- or part-time, with shifts including days, nights, and weekends, we'll build a schedule around you.
