Senior Corporate Accountant

Our client is a global leader in their industry and recently expanded with multiple acquisitions. The Senior Corporate Accountant will play a key role in supporting consolidated corporate financial activities across more than 100 entities while helping establish and strengthen the organization's SOX compliance environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional coming directly from public accounting or someone with prior SOX experience who is looking for a role that offers variety, visibility, and meaningful impact within a growing organization. Compensation: Up to $100K total compensation (depending on experience) Strong Benefits: Effective on Day 1 Schedule: Hybrid, with 1 day per week working from home Key Responsibilities Newly created position to strengthen SOX framework to support growth initiatives Consolidation of 100+ entities (monthly uploads, reconciliations, review) and ensure compliance with corporate policies Assist with financial statement preparation and financial reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams Identify and implement process improvements Ideal Background Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Open to someone directly from Public Accounting CPA – highly preferred Prior SOX/Internal Control Experience Strong ERP and Excel skills Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Korn Ferry
