In the Controllers Department, our professionals measure the profitability of, and risks associated with, every aspect of the firm’s business. Controllers also ensure that the firm’s activities are conducted in compliance with the regulations governing transactions in the financial markets.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process billing for corporate and individual clients related to service feesGenerate and distribute client and corporate statements of account Post daily cash receipts in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and reconcile balances accuratelyEngage with corporate clients to support timely collection of past-due accountsRespond to billing-related inquiries from clients and employees in a timely and professional mannerContribute to additional billing-related projects and process improvement initiatives as assignedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required1–2 years of relevant work experience preferredExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and multitasking skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracySelf-motivated and able to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordPosting Date: 2026-07-09
