Clinical Operations Support Specialist The Clinical Ops Support Specialist, within TSPMG’s Operations and Strategy department, is a contracted hourly position, reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, Operations and Strategy. The Clinical Ops Support Specialist is responsible for managing patient referrals, ensuring high-quality patient care via timely access to services. Work will include reviewing referrals against specialty-specific clinical pathways, within the context of service and access standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
