Quick Facts: Location: Duluth, MN – various facilities including Level I Trauma Center, outpatient surgery centers Start Date: 07/17/2026 Duration: Open-ended, ongoing assignments Shift: 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts (Mon-Fri, weekends optional) Hours/week: Varies based on shift selection Employment Type: Per diem / Contract License/Certs: MN RN Anesthetist Licensure; Certified by NBCRNA; BCLS/ACLS; Master’s or Doctorate in Anesthesia Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred but not mandatory for eligible candidates Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $245 – $310 (acceptance based on experience) Pay Package: Competitive pay | Weekly pay via Direct Deposit Additional Benefits: Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust Referral Bonus Program Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with law Professional malpractice insurance Pay rate orientation up to 60% of hourly rate Out-of-pocket travel and licensure reimbursements What You’ll Do: Provide anesthesia care in diverse settings including operating rooms, Cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT Manage 1-2 longer cases or multiple shorter cases per shift Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medically directed practice Care for patients across all age groups in a Level 1 trauma center Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient encounters Participate in weekend rotations and on-call duties as scheduled Support patient safety and high-quality care standards What You Need: Graduate (Master’s or Doctorate) from an accredited anesthesia program Active MN Registered Nurse Anesthetist license or ability to obtain Certification through NBCRNA Current CPR, BCLS/ACLS certification Prior CRNA experience preferred but not required; current graduate students are welcome to apply Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team About the Assignment: Join a team committed to excellence in anesthesia services across a variety of clinical settings in Duluth, Minnesota.
