Location: Duluth, MN; facilities include St. Marys Medical Center, Essentia Health sites, and outpatient centers

Duration: Open until filled

Shift: 8, 10, 12-hour shifts (Mon-Fri); 12, 16-hour shifts (weekends); occasional weekend pickups

Hours/Week: Variable based on shift choice

Employment Type: PRN / Per Diem

License/Certs: MN RN Anesthetist license, CPR/BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA certification

Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred; new graduates considered if qualified

Pay Rate: Acceptable rates from $245 to $310 hourly (rate discussion upon application)

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical cases, including major and outpatient procedures
• Manage anesthesia delivery in various settings: operating rooms, cath labs, MRI, CT, and endoscopy suites
• Work alongside anesthesiologists in a collegial, team-oriented environment
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during perioperative care
• Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately
• Potential to work at multiple facilities including a Level I trauma center and outpatient surgery centers
• Participate in occasional weekend coverage and call duties

What You Need

• Graduated from an accredited school of anesthesia (Master's or Doctorate)
• MN RN Anesthetist license or eligibility
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certification
• Certified by the NBCRNA or eligible for certification
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred but not necessary

• Experience in a trauma center or high-acuity setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
