Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Arizona COTA license required
• IVP Fingerprint Card necessary for assignment
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations, ideally across varying levels of need (mild to severe)
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites as part of an itinerant service model
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and supervising OT
• Commitment to supporting student success through occupational therapy interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a supervising OT, meeting students’ individualized needs
• Maintain effective records and documentation of services
• Travel to approximately three nearby sites to provide care and continuity
• Work with school staff to integrate interventions into classrooms and daily routines
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions supporting student goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students with varying abilities
