This is a true outside B2B business development role where you'll prospect for new customers, build relationships with business decision-makers, and grow an assigned territory. You May Be a Great Fit If Your Background Includes: Experienced B2B Sales Outside sales, territory sales, business development, or new-account sales experience Experience selling contracted services, commercial products, or solutions to businesses Experience in uniform/facility services, pest control, MRO/industrial supply, equipment rental, distribution, or similar B2B industries is especially relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related field Relevant sales or business development internship experience Experience in a structured, performance-driven training or management development program Strong desire to build a career in outside B2B sales Military or Competitive Athletics Military service or meaningful competitive athletic experience Demonstrated discipline, resilience, teamwork, leadership, and achievement Desire to translate your competitive mindset into a performance-driven sales career What You'll Do Prospect and develop new B2B customers within your territory Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs Develop solutions and proposals that solve customer challenges Manage your territory with a high degree of independence Work toward defined activity, new-business, and revenue goals What Makes Someone Successful Here? This is an outside, field-based sales role , not an inside sales position. Approximately 3.5 days per week are spent in the field prospecting and meeting with customers.
