Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation

JOB OBJECTIVE: To oversee, maintain, secure, and optimize the primary systems and applications, server environments, storage platforms, backup and recovery services, directory services, virtualization resources, and associated enterprise infrastructure to support secure and efficient technology operations within the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau. This position is not considered Essential Personnel under the LRCVB Inclement Weather policy.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; five (5) years of demonstrated professional-level experience in systems administration, enterprise application administration, Microsoft 365 administration, server management, storage management, virtualization, backup and recovery, endpoint management, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, Helpdesk operations, or related areas; and one (1) year of experience supervising, leading, or coordinating Helpdesk or technical support staff. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be available to respond to emergency calls outside of normal working hours and be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as required.

Vision Insurance – Emp: $4.02; Emp & Spouse: $7.64, Emp & Child: $8.24 and Family: $11.74 per pay period

• Delta Vision - $0 deductible – co-pays and allowances; $10 co-pay for well vision exam (once every 12 months) plus $20 co-pay for materials lenses & frames or contact lens fitting & evaluation
• $150 allowance for frames (once every 24-month frames/12-month lenses)

Life Insurance – LRCVB pays employee premium (dependent life not offered)

• 2 times annual salary rounded to the nearest thousands of coverage to a maximum of $350,000

Accidental Death and Dismemberment – LRCVB pays employee premium

• 2 times annual salary rounded to the nearest thousands of coverage
• Effective 1st of the month following 30 days of regular full-time employment.

Long Term Disability – LRCVB pays employee premium

• Effective the first day of the month following 30 days of regular full-time employment.

Short Term Disability – Voluntary employee pays premium

Pension – Automatic enrollment, effective the first day of regular full-time employment

• Defined Benefits Plan: 4.5% employee contribution/9% employer contribution
• Vested after 5 years of service; Normal retirement age is 65.
