Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about creating impactful digital marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, build the sales funnel, and engage audiences across multiple platforms? G2Mint is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead innovative campaigns at a fast growing logistics technology company. Work directly with the company's CMO to learn and grow within a dynamic start up. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (startup experience and/or digital agency a plus) CRM experience (preferably Hubspot) Active on LinkedIn and experience running social media campaigns Experience using ChatGPT and/or Claude in marketing Experience writing content for SEO/AEO/GEO Experience in transportation/logistics (not a must but a plus) Project management Eager to learn and take on new tasks Highly organized Tasks: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and social channels Working closely with sales to deliver on lead generation goals and sales enablement tools Manage and grow our presence on social media (content calendar, community engagement, paid social) Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Own email marketing - campaigns, newsletters, and lifecycle/drip sequences Write and manage SEO-friendly content for the website, blog, and landing pages Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (CAC, conversion rates, traffic, engagement) Collaborate closely with management team to align marketing with business goals Provide marketing support for industry trade shows Manage marketing tools and platforms (analytics, CRM, email, social scheduling) Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and making data-driven decisions Strong writing and content skills Self-starter who's comfortable with limited resources and shifting priorities Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Hudson, MA and remote hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr G2Mint
