Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Elkton, Maryland
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Pay: Starting at $48–$56+/hour based on experience, school placement, and assignment details

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Elkton, MD for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to support students’ academic achievement and social-emotional development in a collaborative and student-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Interpret results and present findings in IEP and eligibility meetings
Provide individual and group counseling services
Develop and support behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Assist with crisis intervention and student support services
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Active Maryland School Psychologist certification/licensure
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
