QMA-DE provides vital and innovative daily living services to people with developmental disabilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. QMA’s DE-Resident Counselors are responsible for performing tasks that are essential to helping adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities lead safe and satisfying lives.They assist the people we serve with daily living activities including personal goals, recreation and daily household living. They facilitate proper medical care and meet the physical, emotional and personal needs of the people we serve.

Requirements for DSP: • A minimum high school diploma or GED • 21 years of age or older • A valid driver’s license • A clean driving record • Basic computer skills• A flexible work schedule • The ability to communicate and provide physical care to the people we serve. Sunday - 6a-2p and then 11p-12a

Monday - 12a-9a and then 11p-12a

Tuesday - 12a-9a and then 11p-12a

Wednesday -12a-9a

Block 2

Wednesday - 2p-11p

Thursday - 2p-11p

Friday – 2p-11p

Saturday – 3p-11p

Block 3

Saturday – 6a-3p

Sunday – 2p-11p

Monday – 2p-11p

Tuesday – 2p-11p

Block 4

Wednesday – 11p-12a

Thursday – 12a-9a and then 11p-12a

Friday – 12a-9a and then 11p-12a

Saturday – 12a-6a and then 11p-12a

Sunday – 12a-6a

Block 5

Monday-Friday 9a-2p
