Reservation Support Agent - Remote

HB Travels

We are looking for an organized Reservation Support Agent to assist customers with reservation inquiries, available options, updates, and general support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable researching information, and committed to providing professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to reservation inquiries
Research available options
Gather customer preferences and information
Assist with coordinating reservations
Review reservation details for accuracy
Provide confirmations and relevant information
Assist with modifications and updates
Communicate with providers when necessary
Maintain organized reservation records
Follow up regarding outstanding details
Provide professional customer assistance

Qualifications

Strong customer-service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication
Strong organization
Basic computer proficiency
Comfortable researching online
Ability to learn reservation systems
Dependable and self-motivated
Strong time-management skills
Previous reservation experience is helpful but not required
