Supporting a major travel and hospitality program, the full-time Remote Travel Reservations Agent will manage customer reservations, provide detailed travel information, and resolve guest concerns while working from home. Key responsibilities Assist customers with creating, confirming, and managing travel reservations Provide detailed information on lodging, dining plans, and travel-related inquiries Resolve guest concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Required qualifications Ability to commit to weekend servicing requirements Experience in customer service, preferably in travel or hospitality Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously Reliable home workspace and necessary equipment for remote work Successful completion of certification requirements, including knowledge checks and assessments
