In this role, you will assist clients with exploring travel opportunities, planning personalized vacations, and coordinating travel arrangements that match their interests, schedules, and budgets. From all-inclusive resorts and cruise vacations to family getaways, destination celebrations, and international adventures, you'll help travelers create experiences they will remember for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and expectations
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
• Recommend travel experiences that align with client interests and budgets
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions
• Guide clients through the travel planning and booking process
• Respond to client questions and provide travel-related information and support
• Work with supplier partners to secure reservations and verify travel arrangements
• Monitor booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel details
• Maintain organized client records and travel documentation
• Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
• Deliver professional, personalized service throughout the client experience

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, customer service, hospitality, sales, or relationship-based roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online systems

• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
