What You Will Do in the Role

• Role and Interaction with Players: Answer inbound calls and emails, providing a positive and professional first impression while supporting event inquiries.

• Key Aspect of the Role: Process deposits, final payments, and event checkouts while tracking and sending receipts to clients.

• Key Aspect of the Role: Qualify and distribute all leads including phone, web, and walk-in inquiries

• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Keep the office organized, stocked, and operate efficiently, including filing and maintaining documentation.

• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: Follow established processes, phone guidelines, and service standards to ensure consistency and accuracy

Physical Requirements


Let's be real, this isn't your typical desk job! Here's what you'll need to do to thrive in this role:

• Lift and Move Things: Handle items up to 50 lb., with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying

• On Your Feet: Expect movement between office and venue areas throughout the day

• Active Tasks: Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities-bring a can-do attitude!

• Endurance: Keep up with a popular environment while maintaining high standards
