Human Resources Generalist

As an Human Resources Generalist, you’ll support a broad range of HR programs and day-to-day operations for Hanwha Systems’ growing U.S. organization. You’ll work closely with employees, managers, and HR teams across the U.S. and Korea, supporting key HR processes and helping build the HR infrastructure needed as the organization grows. This role covers a broad range of HR areas, including talent and performance management, employee relations, global mobility and HR operations. You’ll take ownership of core HR processes while partnering with teams across the organization to improve how HR operates and supports employees. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll be Responsible For: In this role, you’ll support the following areas: HR Operations : Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leaves, and offboarding. Ensure HR transactions, documentation, and employee records are processed accurately and on time. Global Mobility & Relocation : Support visa and immigration processes, expatriate assignments, and relocation for employees moving between Korea and the U.S. or within the U.S., including relocation to New Jersey. Workforce & Organization Support : Partner with HR and business teams on workforce planning, organizational changes, and time and attendance administration. Annual HR Processes : Coordinate key annual HR processes, including performance evaluations and promotions, managing timelines, employee data, documentation, and related communications. HR Reports and Analytics : Maintain accurate HR data to generate reports and ensure records are complete, up to date, and handled with confidentiality. Policy & Compliance: Support compliance-related HR administration, including required employee documentation, policy acknowledgments, and state or federal process requirements. Support the establishment of HR policies and regulations for the U.S. subsidiary. In this role, you’ll serve as a key HR partner to employees and managers, helping connect day-to-day HR operations with the evolving needs of a growing U.S. organization. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or related role. Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to manage highly confidential employee information with discretion. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean. Preferred Qualifications HR experience in the semiconductor industry. Experience working across U.S. and Korea teams or within a global organization. Familiarity with US labor laws, payroll tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Background in a growing or newly established organization. Experience working with external payroll vendors, benefit providers, or HR systems (HRIS). #J-18808-Ljbffr
