Family Medicine Opportunity in Thief River Falls, MN

Sanford Health has an immediate opening for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to practice in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.

This is a full time busy clinic practice of 16-24 outpatients per weekday. The practice is primarily outpatient with a pediatric call rotation for the hospital at 1:5. There are several Sanford Family Medicine physicians and each Family Medicine Physician is assigned a nurse, office and 2 exam rooms. Thief River Falls qualifies as a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) site.

Competitive compensation package includes a compensation floor of $330,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
