Finance Manager – Columbia, MDCFS is partnering with a repeat client, a stable non profit in the Columbia area. Due to an upcoming retirement, they will be hiring a Finance Manager who can eventually move into a Director of Finance position within 3 years or less. MBA or CPA a plus but not required4+ years’ general accounting experienceExperience working at a non profit a plusExperience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting softwareProficiency with Excel requiredSupervisory experience a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSchedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, hybrid schedule in Columbia, MDSalary: $95,000-$110,000 depending on experience
