Nurse Practitioner | Surgery - Cardiothoracic Location: Silverdale, WA Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioner will be expected to practice at full capacity, providing both surgical first-assist support and comprehensive patient management. Primary duties include: Assisting in general open CV/thoracic surgery and coronary artery bypass surgery (on pump). Participating in valvular repairs and replacements. Managing patients in the ICU and acute care settings, including evaluation and management of volume and blood pressure issues. Supporting the surgical team with potential procedures such as lung resections, aneurysm repairs, chest wall or pleural procedures, and central line insertions. Utilizing EPIC EMR for all clinical documentation and rounding. Qualifications & Credentialing To ensure the highest standard of patient care, candidates must meet the following requirements: Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner is required. Experience: Previous Operating Room experience is required, specifically in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Candidates must be proficient in both surgical assisting and post-operative management. Licensure: A Washington state license is highly preferred; however, we will consider providers willing to obtain licensure during the 3-month credentialing process. Background: A clean malpractice and background history is highly preferred. Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation and must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. Logistics: Local candidates who do not require air travel are highly preferred. What We Offer We provide a competitive compensation structure for this assignment: Hourly Rate: $250 - $275 per hour. Holiday Rate: $375 - $412.50 per hour. Nightly Call: $600 - $700 per night (includes 2.5 hours of gratis service). Holiday Nightly Call: $900 - $1,050 per night (includes 2.5 hours of gratis service). 24-Hour Call: $1,500 - $1,700 (includes 4 hours of gratis service). 24-Hour Holiday Call: $2,250 - $2,550 (includes 4 hours of gratis service). Call Back Rate: $250 - $275 per hour after gratis hours are met. Holiday Call Back: $375 - $412.50 per hour after gratis hours are met. Orientation: $125 - $137.50 per hour for training beyond the first 8 hours.
