Role Description
This is a remote position.
- 12+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, with significant experience in technical leadership/architecture.
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 architecture.
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS application and database tiers.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database 12c/19c or later.
- Strong understanding of:
- EBS architecture
- Concurrent Processing
- Forms/Reports
- OAF
- WebLogic/OHS
- AutoConfig
- ADOP
- ADPATCH/OPatch
- EBS cloning
- EBS upgrades
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, RAC, ASM and Data Guard.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite / WebLogic.
- Experience architecting or supporting Oracle environments on OCI.
- Strong understanding of HA, DR, backup/recovery and business continuity.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM, particularly Planning, Essbase or Financial Management.
- Experience integrating EBS with Hyperion/EPM.
- Experience with Vertex Tax Engine / Vertex O Series.
- Oracle Fusion experience.
- Oracle WebCenter experience.
- Oracle Exadata experience.
- Experience with Oracle Retail applications.
- Experience with enterprise financial applications including GL, AP, AR, Purchasing and Order Management.
- Experience with OCI networking, security and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Python/Shell scripting and infrastructure automation.
- Experience leading large-scale Oracle EBS migrations, upgrades or carve-out/separation programs.

- Ability to explain complex Oracle architecture to both technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate as a hands-on architect when required.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Strong documentation and architectural governance skills.
