Job Description The Litigation Paralegal will provide vital support to a medium-sized legal team, assisting multiple attorneys in managing litigation cases and supervising support staff. This role mainly involves office-based work focused on thorough legal research, documentation, and case management, ensuring preparedness for trials and efficient handling of all related processes. Responsibilities Conduct legal research to support case development Prepare and manage legal documents and filings Coordinate case management activities and maintain case files Communicate effectively with clients and legal team members Assist with trial preparation and provide trial support Handle the discovery process, including document review and organization Schedule meetings, hearings, and deadlines Organize and manage evidence for litigation Draft legal correspondence and court documents Supervise support staff Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in litigation support Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field Proficiency in legal research and document management Experience with trial preparation and case management software Strong written communication and client interaction skills Attention to detail and excellent time management Critical thinking abilities to handle complex tasksVacancy posted 3 days ago
